Life & Style has reported that Britney has found a new man.

Michael Marchand and Britney were spotted together in L.A. at Mirabelle restaurant where Michael is a waiter.

An eyewitness told Life & Style “Michael came in a little after midnight, and she came in right after. They were being discreet. Forty-five minutes later, they left the restaurant together. He was charming – he made Britney laugh and looked at her with his secret smile. They left in separate cars.”

It has been reported that Britney immediately fell for Michael and the are constantly texting each other.

When Life & Style asked Michael about the romance, he said, smiling, “I can’t talk about that right now.”
